I would like to get my ears pierced in Hong Kong and would really appreciate some recommendations of good, very hygienic place?

Try Isabella in Admiralty , I got my daughter's pierced there.

I'll second that. Isabella is excellent. They have a couple of shops. Got both my daughters' ears done there. Since they were quite small at the time they had two people do the ears simultaneously. Very clever.
