Any one has DDR RAM 1GB or 2GB?

(not DDR2 or DDR 3)

I know it is outdated, that's y I don't want to pay for a new one (it's so expensive, 1GB cost at least $3xx), but I really need it....for temporary use...

I looked in my parts box but unfortunately I only have some old DDR2. :(

Have you tried some of the second hand computer shops. Try the upper level of 298 ComputerZone (298 Hennessy Road) or the shops "behind" Golden Arcade in Sham Shui Po. Plenty of old machines and parts there.
