Looking for a native putonghua tutor for my 5-yr old daughter who can speak good Putonghua & English. We are relocating in HK from Shanghai soon. Since I'm afraid that there will be less opportunities for my kid to speak in putonghua, I would like to seek for a tutor who can strengthen her pinyin, reading, writing & speech skills. Any referrals & recommendations will be highly appreciated. Tks.

How much does Chris charge? How is his mandarin? I have come across some of the tutors in HK who say they are native mandarin speakers but who are not - and are counting on teaching kids whose parents dont know the language.

He's in the 150-250 an hour range. As for his Mandarin, I'm not really able to judge that.
