i like mushroom herb pasta sauce with anchovies. BUT the ones they sell at supermarkets don't taste that good. adding in potatoes may aid in making it taste more wholesome and flavourful

u can try a very simple one, olive oil, anchovies and french beans, if u like u can add some chicken or tuna.
