I wasn't really sure where to post this... seems cooking is the closest thread.
I recently baught a Panasonic Microwave Oven (model NN-CS599S) and today after reheating some pizza I noticed that there is a hole in the bottom ceramic field of the oven!!!
It looks like the ceramic cracked and a hole melted into the ceramic field.
I only used it a few times and always with great care, I can only imagine there must have been some imperfection in the material from the beginning and now it's done for.
I'm going to call customer service tomorrow anyway, just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced something like that.
If I can I will get my money back and buy another brand, any suggestions?

Little update on this. A service technician just came by to investigate. Although I have used the oven properly as instructed by the manual he insists that it is my fault. I've never experienced something like that, it's outrageous. Basically he's been calling me a liar. We just called their customer service but of course they couldn't comment and would call back later... what a farce.
To anyone considering buying anything Panasonic, don't do it, if you ever have to deal with their customer service you're lost!
