My case is a bit complicated. I am a hk resident. My divorce paper got dissolved in HK on 2006 with a chinese husband but I got married with a Filipino guy in 2005 before the divorce paper dissolved. It's like kind of stupidity as i dont have any knowledge about law of marrying for the second time. Because of this i cannot apply my husband's dependant visa because of this complications. I do not know how to proceed without getting the marriage annuled. Anyone can help how to get this problem resolve? Hope you guys can enlighten my case as im really eager to bring my husband here in HK so we can stay together. We have a 1year old daughter.

you have already committed a fraud, so i am thinking you might as well do it again:
- get him a tourist visa
- marry him again under hk law
- then use that new HK marriage license to apply for the visa

tried but hk immig did'nt allow us because they said i broke the law...they said i can file a divorce/annulment but unsure if they can grant the visa for my husband...really complicated...really need help

I suggest you go somewhere for professional help, because I don't think you're really going to get anything other than tongue-in-cheek responses here. OMG, you remarried while you were still legally married. You have also committed perjury (a crime) by declaring your legal 'eligibility' for getting married. It's no wonder that Immigration are taking a tough stance. Good luck, though.

hi im a working visa holder here in hongkong now its been my 6 yrs.here working as a singer.now it happened that i quitted my long term company for 6yrs.straight working for them...now i decided to changed an employer but now the new employer got and hired me but still we didnt apply or changed my status yet under them so my visa will end up nxt month soon sept.30th and now my new sponsor is still waiting and trying to look and tryng to fill me somewhere she knows a company to sponsor me a new contract .this is the only problem i have right now whole this month till next month is my lasts visa from my previous employer now im still waiting for my new approached agents to help me out of it...how will i do this?what can i do ?im stuck in here but im still hanging on and waiting for my new approached agents to do it for me as soon as possible.:( sigh

You should be aware that you have already breached your employment visa conditions by working for someone other than your sponsoring employer. So if your new employer applies for a new visa for you and the commencement (of employment) date is not a future date then there are going to be some tough questions asked of both of you by Immigration. I also assume that you haven't been paying any income tax? It would be a shame if such a mistake scuppers your PR chances so close to the 7-year mark.
