My "company" is only me but I have on occasion taught such tutorials. Mostly the beginner stuff. Is there anything in particular you are looking for?

Just a few things I'm having trouble doing, eg, cannot download photos stored on a CD onto the computer, synching two different ipods playlists onto one ipod, downloading tv programmes, setting up a hard drive etc

I can do some of that (well, maybe all of it with a bit of research) but I'm not a huge Mac expert. (Windows, I'm your man.) So afraid I can't help you.

Some ideas while I am at it.

- Photos. Insert CD. Double click. Drag and drop photos where you want them in Finder.

- iPod playlists. Well it is tricky. Once you have all the playlists on iTunes, that will keep the iPods in sync. However transferring playlists and songs from an iPod (not previously synced to that machine) to iTunes is tricky. There are some apps for it if you google. If you have the playlists you want on iTunes on your old machine, life becomes much easier.

- TV programmes. That's a huge topic. I'll point you at www.boxee.tv and hope that helps.

- Setting up a hard drive. You mean a USB hard drive? Should be just plug in. Easiest if you then let the Mac format it since Mac OS has a different filesystem compared to Windows.

Thank you soooo much. It's a shame you're not a Mac expert as I'm sure you'd be able to sort everything out. Thanks again.
