That's nice of you, set.
Personally, flowers never work for me. Although I act grateful, I secretly think it's a real waste of money when I receive a bouquet as I know it has cost a lot, will hardly last a week and is going to need looking after until it dies. But that's just me.
What about something with a vague theme which you can make a joke about, like a bone china teacup and saucer (I'm thinking of those beautiful floral ones from England - though probably made in China! - which are usually sale items in that 'posh' shop in Prince's Building) for the tea lady? And foot massage vouchers for the cleaner and receptionist, who have probably run around looking after things in the office for you? Or a small desk ornament, like a tiny photo frame? They needn't cost a lot (less than a bunch of flowers) but whatever you get I am sure they will remember you and will appreciate the gesture.

i think small desk ornaments are a good idea, as Thames has suggested. Something they can remember you by in the office. Perhaps photos of yourself with them, in a special photoframe? Handmade would be better. That would be real sweet.
If you are quite personal friends with them, perhaps some accessories would be good. Sunglasses are functional, and "unpersonal" enough, such that they can wear it as and when.

Many in the HK work force live in small flats. They don't welcome decor items no matter how impressive the bone china piece may be as there is just not enough room for clutter.
Suggestion : A large container of Cherries for afternoon tea break for all the staff.
Or order a Fruit Cake from one of the Cake Shops such as Maxim's (for Tea Time)that you can personalize atop with Thank You or Good Bye words on it. Take lots of photos and send them the Hard/Soft copies (depending on their lifestyles).

Most Useful : Goodbye LaiSee's with an individual Thank You card. Chinese people give Laisee as Blessing Money. Be sure you give everyone the same amount as they do share the info as part of the bonding.....

Laisee and Red Packets are Blessing Money. Same.
In SOME situationa, Blessing Money can be coupons from Maxim, Starbucks, a foot massage (noevelty treats category). That is just throwing out ideas, without knowing budget or rank etc. etc
