I need some legal advise as I have just received a Summons to appear in court for failing to remove an illegal structure.
Do I need to hire legal representative?
The time of the summon requested, I will not be in HK, is there way to postpone the summons?
Are there any specialty solicitors in HK to deal with this matter?
