Hi what's the best way to preserve old photos? I have some valuable photos which are turning yellow around the edges and fading.

hey, i think scanning them is the best solution too! then for the hard copies, keep them and watch them age. there are some nice effects there.

I would take it to Digital - Ms Tam 2581-3916 in Central.
She speaks a bit of English but you will see all the other samples of YELLOWING OLD photos on display.
You can have it professionally encased in some kind of resin (don't know if that's the correct word for it). Just view it.
She's on the pedestrian walkway near to the Central Mkt. , near to Hang Sang, near to the Escalators to the Mid Levels.
The shop is kind of non-desript but she can do a lot. Very experienced girl.
