I have just moved to HK and need to find a carrier that has the best rate for international call. Could anyone recommend? Any good plan with IPhone?

Smartone and PCCW are both fine for the local stuff. What you do then is find the best deal on your IDD (International Direct Dialing) from another provider. It really depends on where you call most.


PCCW iPhone unlimited data plan is 240/month. That's in addition to calling charges.

OP wanted a cell phone plan. Otherwise I would have recommended Skype.


BTW if you have a data plan for iPhone you can use the Skype app. Pretty darned cheap.
