If you haven't found one already - Why not try walking into one of the well known Chinese/Thai restaurant and asking their chef to teach you fro some $. I know a friend of mine that did this when she wanted to learn how to cook Indian food.

I went for a class last week and throughly enjoyed it (Thai)! The recipes were practical and something I could replicate at home... And every item she demonstrated tasted delicious.




It was a relaxed fun morning spent with friends, while learning something useful.
