Adults only resorts and nudist resorts are two different things.
While there are many options for adults only resorts, forbidden to people younger than 16y old, as guests are mainly couples and honeymooners, the second choice is much more difficult. Nude is prohibited almost everywhere in south east asia, mainly for religious reasons, although topless is tolerated in many touristy areas.
