Whats the cheapest way to get to Penang from HK and then to Sepang. Any night life around Sepang area?>

From HK to Penang I suggest you to fly Air Asia, the cheapest carrier on the market. From Penang to Sepang the cheappest way to get there is by coach to Kuala Lumpur, than you can take a bus or a taxi to Sepang. I guess you are going to Sepang F1 circuit. There`s nothing much to do in that area, I`d rather suggest you to book an hotel in Kuala Lumpur and go for the F1 race and back in one day. It`s only 1 hour drive from KL.

CF Thanks for that AsiaAire is the cheapest and direct but the return time is horrendous 0600 hrs depart from Penang

I think Cathay Pacific flies direct to Penang but not a daily flight. Will not be cheapest but flight times better. There's always a cost elsewhere (like time cost) when one is looking for cheapest.
