Hi

Does anyone know, a nice and quite area near central where someone can fish?

I've walked along the pier, seen a few people there but really I doubt with all the pollution and disturbances, there would be any fish near the pier

You would be wrong there are big sea bass in the harbour. Check out the local fishing forum

you should try kennedy town. i've seen some fishermen getting a bucket full o'fishes but they're small spiky ones.
