Party Planner Needed

Hi all!


I have to host a small, yet important banquet at home for 20-30 persons. This has to be done tastfully and elegantly.. I would need to hire a party planner to help me with it.. Would you please suggest a good one for me?? and how much does the service generally cost??


Also do you know any place where I can rent table top decors? I need to rent everything from fine cutlery, glassware, place card stands, menu holders, chair covers, candelabra, napkin rings, table flag, etc... I don't want to buy these stuffs and store at my place forever cos I would only need it for once.. should I host another party in the future, I would need to use decor with another style...

i don't mind helping you with the party if you need extra pair of hands. i've planned parties before for expats in bars and clubs. to plan it at home will be a new challenge for me. please pm me on what the theme would be and what sort of cuisine is preferred and any other details you'd like to share with me and we can work around it.

for renting equipment, try search for catering company. My company rented from Wilfred catering before, good service and reasonable price.
