We just bought a car (Honda Civic)...Wanted to check what is the best option for filling petrol. Sinopec, Esso? Also which variety of petrol is the most recommended...

AFAIK regular and premium are the same octane in HK. Premium has more cleaners and such.

For the record I almost always use Caltex for the simple reason that there is a station about 100 meters from our building.
