I HAD PURCHASED 500 MICRO SD CARD FROM
A GOLD SUPPLIER COMPANY OF ALIBABA
After transfering the payment via bank transfer from india to china the supplier is not sendign the goods?
i had done online purchase alibaba.com. In this i had given the payment to one of theĆ gold supplier of alibaba.com through bank transfer and after getting the payment the supplier is not sending the goods in this case what i have to do legally??

I have been burned dealing with companies from Alibaba as well. After doing large amounts of business with companies based in, or run by Chinese, I have learned that you can never fully trust them.
Legally I believe you will have a hard time getting your money back. I have some Chinese business partners that have told me, as a foreign business doing business in China like that, there is little you can do. The Chinese system will side with and favor the locals. I don't know if this is, in fact true, but have no reason to not believe them in this matter.
The best thing you might do is discuss the issue with your bank.
But for what reason are they not shipping the items? Have you been able to talk with them? Perhaps it is holiday there?

you can take judicial proceedings against the supplier. But before doing it, you should collect basic evidence, for example the "street certificate" which shows that you have send the money to the supplier, and the evidence that you are willing to buy somethings from the supplier
