It is very hard to tell from what information you give. Might be some malware on your system.

I would suggest taking it to an expert. Try Match Power in the Wan Chai Computer Center.

I would recommend downloading and burning a CD like this one http://kb.bitdefender.com/KB627-en--How-to-create-a-BitDefender-Rescue-CD.html or this one http://devbuilds.kaspersky-labs.com/devbuilds/RescueDisk/ and using it to clean.
