if you look at their website: http://www.fatburger.com/Location/china.aspx , for China, they only have 1 location in Macau and two locations in Beijing. For the location in Hong Kong, across from Hopewell Center, I believe they either closed it because of lack of business; sold it or the landlord took it back. When I was working in the area, their business was no good at all, compared with McDonald's in Hopewell and other restaurants in the area. Location is very good being in a high traffic area and inside is clean and everything but food and prices are not very good at all.

I think it is closed down permanently, otherwise you would see their sign outside and in their company's website. I think, for now, they are gone.

For what it's worth, I live in Beijing, and I am not impressed with the quality of the burgers, either. As for Hong Kong, there are plenty of places to get a good burger ... Fatburger wasn't one of them.
