Can anyone recommend a web designer that charges reasonable rates. Have contacted two in Hong Kong recently, but for some reason have not received a reply back from either of them. I can only assume they are too busy and have too much work on, or they don't feel the need to take on the job. What I want is a simple clean website that is optimised for Google searches.
