I'd like to organize a boat trip party with friends departing from Sai Kung, but it seems lots of work to prepare (e.g. Food, liaise with the boating company, insurance and facilities).
Is there anyone has recommendation?! "Cost is definitely a big concern"

How coincidence ! coz a friend of mine sent the contact of Holiday Express just now and recommended them to me, I'll give them a call for the quote.
Frankly I contacted Saffron before, they're "Too Luxury" to me and that's totally out of my budget. thanks anyway

Thanks for the recommendation. I contacted Holiday Express and compared it with a few other travel agencies or boating companies, but Holiday Express quoted me a very reasonable price (may not be the cheapest) but I like their prompt response and follow up, so now I don't have to worry about anything but have time to do my RSVP :)

I have heard that Jaspers is good value for money about $500/head all Food and Booze included but has a minimum of $15K so you need at leat 30 people to start with
