Dear community,
I am an exchange student in Hong Kong and need some electronics. I am used to the easy online shopping in Germany via Amazon and Co.
I have tried all the local great shopping areas, especially the Mong Kok Computer Centre and other shops around Mong Kok. They mostly offer Noname stuff. I have e.g. tried a noname USB hub for around 7 Euros, which does not work properly.
I am tired of
A) having to invest hours for something that in Germany takes minutes and is painless and secure
B) not get what I want, but instead only see low quality noname stuff everywhere OR risk buying fakes
Do you have any suggestions on solving this problem except leaving Hong Kong or accepting 30 Euros shipping charges from Amazon.com from the US? (Shipping electronics made in China from the US to Hong Kong would be stupid anyways.)

Can you be more specific? Electronics can mean anything from TVs, to stereos to toasters to computer parts to whatever. Stereos, cameras - Mongkok. Computers stuff - Mongkok, Sham shui Po, Wan Chai. Lots of namebrands in HK you just have to know where to look.

Computer stuff. But I do not want to go there. I really want to order it online. Travelling to Kowloon itself will take me at least 30 mins for each direction. So its 60 mins travelling, which is not worth it.
Do you know any online shops?
