i recently noticed that I am getting a few fine lines around my eyes. am afraid the dryer weather coming up the next few months might exacerbate this problem. apart from a good eye creme twice daily does anyone has a good regime to control this? am using SKII eye cream.

Protect your eye area from the sun, as in using sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, when you go outside. Don't smoke - it's bad for your skin. Maybe you could try IPL laser treatments on your face? Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Regular exercise for good blood circulation!
If anyone had a CURE for wrinkles, they would be a multi-zillionaire!

Go for a facial that incorporates anti-ageing ingredients. Above advice is good, drink water etc...also be careful not to rub or drag your eye area. You can also try Collagen therapy. Collagen therapy stimulates skin cells to produce collagen, elastin and other particular enzymes that improve the make-up of the skin. It looks like a sun bed, but no UV is involved. It involves your whole body, so you get great results all over, not just the face. We are about to start incorporating beauty treatments with a great skin care range, Elemis. I've worked with Elemis for 3 years and i think/know it's a great brand! We are a big tanning studio on HK island :)

I used to work for a dermatologist. She said that the only thing that controls wrinkles is genetics. ie: if your mother had wrinkly skin (at an early age, you probably will). Creams, potions & lotions are a waste of time.

I am using a De-Aging Eye Creme. It contains Matrixyl 3000. Matrixyl 3000 (Palmitoyl Oligopeptide & Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7) - Peptide blend that acts to help maintain skin’s youthful appearance. Promotes collagen and elastin production by supporting the cells of the extracellular matrix (fibroblasts), thereby helping reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles. It's wonderful. ^#^
