Mid-levels/Soho Good/bad buldings ??

Hi all

I have just moved to HK and I am looking for a flat in Mid-Levels or Soho. My budget is between 18-22HKD. Can anyone recommend a good building or street in either of these areas (or bad ones to avoid ?). Ideally I would like a 2 bed with pool & gym but realise my budget might not stretch to that in which case I will take a one bed instead. I would prefer unfurnished but with white goods.
