Hi everybody,


I'm about to sign a contract with PCCW for both internet and TV. Regarding the Internet offer, it goes from 8mega to 1000! As i don't know anything about this stuff, can someone tell me if 8 is enough or if it will be really slow.

Depends what you use it for. If you just email and surf, 8 is plenty. 100 can be useful if you download a lot of movies, for example on AppleTV, but even then is a bit overkill. 1000 is for showing off!

8 is pushing it a bit if you're going to watch a movie and another family member is surfing. 100 is better as an all rounder.
