Hi,
My mum needs the internet but doesn't want to pay too much but also doesn't want something totally unreliable.
Can anyone suggest an internet service provider that's decent but not too costly?
She just needs something basic - not super fabulous fantastic high speed big download connection..

Thanks for your reply. We also use PCCW, which I think is one of the more expensive providers.
Years ago, I used Pacific Internet, which I thought was very reliable but not as expensive as other providers. But when I searched their website, they didn't seem to offer any consumer services anymore...
I've also heard very bad things about iCable!
Was hoping for something cheaper than $172 pm though...
