Hello all,
My fiance and I are moving to Hong Kong on December 1st, 2010.
Our biggest concern for my fiance is Aerial Acrobatics: this includes trapexe, ropes, silks, etc... very similar to cirqu de soile (sp?).
She currently attends private lessons twice a week here in New York City and understand the rarity and "underground" feeling of this art, but was hoping to find a studio that offersw, group settings, one-on-one, private lesson and/ or practice space?
Does anyone know where we should be looking?
Thank you all!!

you could contact cirque du soleil in Macau, where they have an ongoing show at the Venetian, and offer job opportunities/ workshops etc...

(Hope this one doesn't get deleted....)

There is a place called Aerial Arts Academy that opened last year on Wyndham Street.
Unfortunately, since enthusiasm for performing arts in HK is kind of low, I've noticed this Academy includes a lot of Pole Dancing / Chair Dancing / Burlesque activities... presumably the money-makers. But they do also offer aerial Hoops and Silks. The studio space is supposed to be quite nice.
