Water Street, Sai Ying Pun. There is a Chinese stationary shop just near the Ramada Hotel. The guy has a big advert for the reflective window film outside his shop, You can't miss it.

Make sure you get all the bubbles out or they will expand in teh sunlight and over time will look horrible. A good tip is to use lightly soaped water and a special squeegee which I am sure the film supplier will also sell
