I would like to do yoga in South side (Repulse Bay, Stanley or Tai Tam... Would anyone know of a good class (Flex has now moved to Aberdeen) ? Thank you !

There's a class at 0830 every Wednesday morning on South Bay Beach. I'll try to get you the details.

I checked it out. The class is every Wednesday 08:30-10:00 at South Bay Beach. Costs $150 per session. Once you are there you can sign up for the mailing list so you get any updates. The guy is called Neil Irwin.
