I was told that the spotlight shop in the Megabox, Kowloon Bay has been shut down. Does anyone know if there is another spotlight shop in HK or KLN? Or anywhere where I can get some fabric?

Don't think there is any other Spotlight in HK. There are lots of places in HK where you can buy fabric. You could try the Western Market in Central. They have a lot of variety. Or you could try Sham shui Po.
