I don't think you'll find a huge amount of price variance but I would try Golden Arcade in Sham Shui Po.

It's next to Sham Shui Po MTR exit D2. Actually it is two computer malls on top of each other.


I don't know for prices exactly but perhaps a few hundred to a thousand less than list.


Personally, I would get one from the online Apple Store. Fewer question marks about warranty if something breaks. HK is one of the cheapest places in the world for iPhones at list price.
