Would anyone know where it is possible to get used printer ink cartridges refilled in HK?

Most computer centers have shops that will sell you the necessary hardware to refill your own cartridges. If you don't want to do it yourself, they can also do it for you.

Try the 298 computer center in WanChai, it has lots of these shops (298 Henessy road, not the main tourist trap one next to the WanChai MTR), or the Golden computer center in Sham Shui Po.
