Hi There. Any advice on how to ship some rather large wall-to-wall carpets to Shanghai without going through a large relocation company? Maybe somehow truck it to Shenzhen and then from there trucked to Shanghai so as to avoid all sorts of complicated customs paperwork? All advice would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Kooni,
There used to be couriers' that were allowed to do this from HK to China routes without paperwork and could clear easily, but China has since banned the couriers from doing this.
Dont get me wrong, courier and parcel companies can ship your items from HK to China, however last I have heard will need to file the proper paperwork.
