are there any companies that have a one off credit card that can be limited by the monetary value you choose? This is for safety, for online transactions that require a credit card.
Cahoot bank in UK, www.cahoot.com use to have this service, it was a webcard that generates a one off credit card of the monetary value you chose.

Yes, you can try Hang Seng Bank's "Hang Seng e-shopping card" with a limit of HK$3,000 or the limit you want to set the amount at. My husband just got one recently for use on the internet!
