visiting visa in Schengen State

One of the most beautiful and spectacular places to go Ski is France. I live and work in Hong Kong and i have travelled most places in Asia and in the UK. My bf travels to France 4 to 5 times a year just to ski. One of the presents he wants me to give is to take me to ski into his most fav place,France. and hopefully spend xmas there. I applied a visiting visa in advance, but unfortunately not granted. i did the second time with more refined requirements etc., but still not granted. I understand going to these developed countries anywhere in the world are strick when it comes to this matter.

i really like to go to this country to see, experience,appreciate the true beauty and essence it may bring. We wouldn't mind spending a furtune to go taste their best raclette(i hope i spelt it right). Could u give an advice if their are any other ways how to get a visiting visa to be able for me to to go ski in the future? thanks
