I am retired, just one month and want to immigrate to Hong Kong.
I have a girlfriend living in Hong Kong, she is born in China and is a Honk Kong citizen.
She has an apartment and a job in Hong Kong and I have a Belgian pension. We intend to marry as soon as possible when I arrive there.
Can somebody tell me what I have to do, to go and live in Hong Kong and what kind of documents I need to take with me.

I think your best option would be to come to HK on a normal tourist visa, get married and then apply for a dependant visa. After 7 years (conditions apply) you could apply for PR in your own right if that was in line with your plan for the future.

Thank you for your quick reply Kevin,
What you say is indeed very close to my plans for the future...except that I am totaly ignorant about the kind of documents I will need for a marriage and for a dependant visa. I know that a tourist visa allows me to stay for 90 days in HK and that should be enough time to arrange our marriage, except if not all papers that I should need are in my possession.
