very frustrated. I have been unhappy for some days. The year end is coming, and I will be one year older, 40. but I am still single, without boyfriend, how frustrating!
I know marriage is not the as perfect as people expect, but single women are still fighting to get into this city.
I felt pressure, socially and psychologically. I don't know where to find a man in my closed circle, home, work, work home.
Don't tell me marriage is only a piece of paper, we all know how important it is in China to have that paper.
I don't go to bars, friends are fewer and fewer because they got married and we don't share the same topic.
Sigh........

Try enrolling in some sort of group activity. Do you have any hobbies? If not, create one! Don't stress too much, you will find a man, perhaps it's just not your time yet. If you are open to it then go on one of those date nights (can't think of the name) but a group of single people get together, mingle etc..you meet many different people that way. Just be careful not to settle for anyone who comes your way first. Your head and your heart have to be clear when making a decision to get into a relationship because you are looking for this to be your last one! Otherwise a few years down the line, if that, you may look back and ask yourself 'why!?' Good luck and make the most of being single while you are :)

How about internet? I've 2 friends who found their husbands through internet. But be careful, I agree with Flo_CBC, do not settle for anyone, make sure the person is the right one for you and will make you happy.
