Please advice on suitable areas near my office loc.

15-20 mins travel is ok.

Moving with my wife and one toddler. Budget around 15K plus.

suggest you find serviced accom. first. then spend a few days/weeks looking for a comfortable place long-term...Kornhill Apartments at Tai Koo is near to QB, and could be suitable in your budget, 16-20k/month.
