Does anyone know of someone who lives in these apartments as we are thinking of moving there and want to know what the area is like?

I live in Sorrento in West Kowloon. If this is what you are referring to, we've had pretty good experience so far. It is really convenient to shopping, grocery store (downstairs), MTR, and airport express train. If you have children there are several play areas. I would say the only downfall is that they are doing construction all around so beware. I encourage you to check out the apartment during a weekday/afternoon and stay for a bit to check out the noise level. The staff are all really nice and all the common areas are kept very clean.
