There are quite a few shops that sell power tools on Reclamation street and Canton road in Mong Kok behind Langham place. Have a stroll in the area, you'll definitely find what you need.

There are 2-3 shops on Thomson Road in Wan Chai. Wan Chai MTR exit A5.

if you know what your looking for, Ap Liu Street in Sham Shui Po is good for used power tools (not the street stalls, but the shops in behind, in the first 2 blocks south of Dragon Centre)

There's a lumber shop on Queen's Road East close to the Mammut store, more or less opposite the old Wan Chai Market building. If you start at Hopewell Centre and walk towards Happy Valley, you'll pass it.
