Flat rents: real levels?

Hi, we're moving to HK in Jan. What's the best place to get up-to-date flat rents online? Some websites (such as HK Homes) seem much cheaper on a 'psf basis' than Midland Realty which makes me think that the former is not up-to-date. Any advice gratefully received.

I'm afraid the answer is probably "none of the above". The posted rents are always off. The only way to get accurate levels is to go out and actually look at apartments, talk to agents, talk to landlords.

FYI... if an agent does not keep listings up to date - or posts misleading info ... we suspend their account... generally that ensures up to date accurate info:
