Thank you! But I'm after something more specific. Like adding meta tags and html snippets for pop up windows... I tried searching online, but haven't really found anything useful...

You can always use a notepad-based HTML editor to do that on your own. There's lots of free ones on the internet, like Coda for Mac. Then instead of just iWeb, you have HTML programming sites that can help you.
