<Where to buy BILINIS?> (to serve with smoked salmon)

Can anyone tell me where to get them, please? They are the mini pancake-style base to serve typically with caviar / smoked salmon / sour cream, etc. Need to buy lots for a party...

I am pretty sure that I saw some in Oliver's Delicatessen last week -- in Prince's Building in Central.
