Rental villa/apt in Koh Samui/Phuket

We (2 adults and one 14 month old baby) want to rent a villa or apartment in either Koh Samui or Phuket for 2 to 3 weeks during January 2011.


We want to be close enough to walk to town without having to manage steep hills. We ideally want a pool and to be close to the beach.


If anyone can offer advice/recommend a suitable place for us to rent, please respond.
