Hey can some one recommend a really good pre natal vitamin in hong kong and also where i can buy it from....preferably some place in central....

The pharmacy sections of Watsons and Mannings both sell 'Materna' which is what my obs recommended. It is high in iron, so expect a bit of constipation and black stools, but also keep it out of reach of children (as it can be deadly). They are made in Canada and sell for about $203 per bottle.
