can anybody suggest where to buy a superking size duvet 260x220 in Hk, preferably an all season one, 4.5 tog and 9 tog which clip together.

Why don't you try Sogo bedding department. They have lots of different brands there and some of them can custom make the size of the sheets, so maybe they can also custom make the duvets?
