can anyone tell me if there are any rights of stay or other benefits provided to a child born in Hong Kong.

The mother is a filipina domestic helper and father is uaa citizen on tourist visa.

according to the government website, the child does not have valid claim to HK ROA; at least one parent has to be Chinese or have P.R.

However, the child can claim U.S. Citizenship, with one citizen parent. (assuming "uaa" is typo for USA)
