just bought Goodway mixer for HKD 298 at exhibition at Victoria from its stall. Original price is HKD 368

Agreed with Rumdoodle. Kitchenaid is not really that good. Have had bad experience. The design of their machines is typically is subpar.

Buy German. Our Bosch is still performing flawlessly after 10 years of heavy use. It also has a much more clever design than "arm over the top", with a central drive shaft from the bottom. Much easier to work with.

We are also very happy with the small Kenwood we bought at Fortress. Capacity is low but it has tons of clever functions with good bang for the buck.
