Would welcome advice on shipping personal items from my flat in HK to UK. I have a few pieces of Chinese wooden furniture and want to send about 30 boxes of clothes, books etc.


I'm paying for it so cheaper options are better. By sea and it doesn't matter how long it takes.

Try http://www.vinflair.com/ . I've used them to ship furnitunre from the UK to HK. They're cheap and brilliant!! Around 3K including rates.

I used Allied Pickfords to bring extra stuff from UK to HK- was surprised to get very personalised service from such a big outfit & will use them if I ever leave- price from UK was reasonable, not sure about the other way.
